Belmont County Health Environmental Fee Schedule for 2022 (Public Comment Place & Date Set)

The Belmont County Board of Health on Monday, November 8, 2021 had its second reading for the 2022 schedule of environmental fees.

The new environmental fees take effect January 1, 2022. The fees for various permits and licenses cover sewage-related services, private water systems, recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds, temporary camps, public swimming pools and spas, food service operations and retail food establishments, body art and body piercing, garbage and refuse vehicle inspection, resident housing camps, water haulers and inspections.

The public comment period set for Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 9:00am to 11:00am prior to the third and final reading at the next Board of Health meeting, which will be held on Monday, December 13, 2021.

The November 30, 2021 public comment meeting will be held at 9:00am to 11:00 am at the Belmont County EMA building located at 68329 Bannock Rd., St. Clairsville, OH 43950 adjacent to the Belmont County 911 building due to lack of space at our current office.
